After a stressful night of trying to keep a young woman with severe COVID-19 alive, the exhausted doctors, nurses, and staff members of our local hospital left the building, heading towards their cars and much-needed rest. As they walked through the doors, they noticed a huge, orange swastika painted over the top of the hospital entrance sign.
