Artwork Guidelines
File Formats
PDF/X-1a (or Press or Print settings should work fine).
TIF, JPG, EPS file format also accepted.
Fonts
Be sure to embed all fonts when sending PDF files.
Convert fonts to outlines if the ad was created in Illustrator.
Color
Convert all colors to CMYK.
Note: If RGB or Pantone colors are not converted to CMYK before creating your final PDF then a color shift may occur when we convert the file.
Image Resolution
Preferred resolution of 200-300 ppi placed at 100%.
Images
Placed images should be flattened and converted CMYK color in TIF format or Vector EPS.
Note: Avoid placing JPEG files into your working document as this can cause the photos colors to be flat in appearance).

Rotating or Dedicated Banner - 300 px wide x 250 px tall
Dedicated Email Send
Option #1: We create the email for you. Please provide a sample of the email message. Please provide all images (saved as jpg or png files) and a Word document with the text.
Option #2: You create the email. Provide us with an HTML file we can import into our system.
Website Banner Ad
Dedicated Banner - 300 px wide x 250 px tall
Visual Lead
Banner - 310 px wide x 233 px tall
Artwork Guidelines
