In today’s world, it’s really amazing about all the little things we have to concern ourselves with as youth-sports professionals.

Take this one, for example.

I received an email the other day from a concerned administrator. He was looking for ways to talk a group of parents out of getting names printed on all the jerseys for a U10 travel team. Admittedly, he was mostly concerned about saving money, but he was looking for other reasons to dissuade these well-meaning parents from having their kids’ names prominently displayed for all to see.
